This is a daily healing process. I want to give insight to become more resilient as emotional pain is part of being human.
ONE REASON FOR STARTING THE PODCAST IS BECAUSE I LISTENED TO IT BACK AND FORTH ON BUS TO AND FROM WORK. IT'S THERE FOR YOU WHEN YOU ARE HAPPY, DEPRESSED, NEED INFORMATION OR TO KEEP YOU INFORMED AND INSPIRED.
What can we learn to help ourselves maneuver in this complicated world that will be stressful leading to become depressed and make it harder to move forward?
The focus will be to heal and take control of your mental health.
We tend to have short attention spans, so I want to make this podcast no more than 10-15 minutes and will be on Mondays and Wednesdays, but of course you can listen anytime.
As women we need mental healing more than ever. We are busy and confront many challenges.
